Summer dining specials at Mimi’s Restaurant

Mimi’s Restaurant (10160 Jefferson Highway, River Ridge, 504-737-6464) is now offering some great mid-week summer dining specials with two course for just $15. The specials include a fresh summer salad along with your choice of one of 4-5 entrees. Those selections change weekly but just a few things this week include: cornmeal crusted catfish with creamed spinach and roasted fingerling potatoes; grilled amberjack with tomato-pesto sauce and baby lime beans; grilled pork tenderloin with Creole mustard sauce, black eyed peas and andouille. The $15 summer dining specials are available Tue.-Thu. from 5 p.m. until closing, through mid-September.
