Arts Market at Palmer Park on 8/28

The annual Arts Market of New Orleans takes place in Palmer Park this Saturday on 8/28. The market is presented by the Arts Council of New Orleans and features a few dozen stalls with everything from photography and paintings to sculptures and creative crafts. There’s also a a kid’s show at 10:30 a.m., live music at 1 p.m. and a few food options. Best of all, it’s FREE to simply walk around the market.
