Southern Animal Foundation, the city’s only non-profit, low-cost veterinary clinic, is offering a FREE microchip clinic for dogs and cats on 6/27 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. SAF also offers low cost spaying and neutering which is $20 for cats, $50 for dogs up to 60 pounds and $70 for dogs over 60 pounds.
